Victory Hotel & Spa Istanbul

I had a decent stay in which I truly enjoyed the impressive rooftop dining with stunning views and the very clean spa area. I found the room a bit on the dark side, as it had no view at all.

The location is great close to major attractions.

The service was utterly disappointing and unresponsive. I had to ask multiple times for basic amenities like an iron, a hassle . The room itself felt dirty upon arrival, with visible marks on the walls and a malfunctioning refrigerator that was never addressed despite my complaints.

Amazing food in the restaurant for breakfast with wonderful views of the Bosphorous. Location so close to Hagia Sophia, and the tram and the Grand Bazaar statio.

stunning setting, really helpful and affable personnel upon my arrival guven the front office manager and all the staff where exceptionally polite and helpful. very comfy beds in my triple room.

The family room was spacious, yet the pool was not heated for the kids.

It was a big lie!!! Dont't go there and please do something with your rating! The rating was the first reason I booked there.

My room had no windows and was a bit tiny.

the location is perfect, just steps from the grand bazaar. the bathroom smelled bad.

Spa was very good when open.

Had to request linen change after 5 days (8 day stay). Very poor breakfast and extra charges for simple dish like omlette. Your passport is held at reception until you leave. Extra charge for more than two tea bags per room. WI-Fi very poor connection. Check your bill carefully on leaving. They do not have a restaurant at terrace as advertised.(breakfast only). Hotel is totally non alchohol.

staff, specially "Giovanni". Beautiful rooms, cozy hotel in a very central location of Sultanhamet, very close to public transport. Good internet, good services.

I was blown away by the rooftop restaurant's fine views of the Bosphorus! Every morning began with a diverse breakfast that catered to every taste, from Turkish delights to mouthwatering sandwiches outside the hotel. Plus, Engin at the reception was a star, cute us with an upgrade that transformed our stay into something special!

The reception girl she was too bad when you talking with her never smile and the problem she works in morning time.....

Stayed in a Standard Double or Twin Room for 3 nights. The room was a bit dark with no view, a letdown. I heard noise from other guests, especially at night, so it was hard to fully relax. It was clean and the beds were comfortable, which helped a bit. Not much going on for the space itself, but it was alright for a short stay.

The hotes is near of the important place to visit. Is conforable. Is clean.
